*Refer an employee (not already in our database) who works for Peak on assignment and your bonus will be paid after they work 320 hours uninterrupted. Refer an employee who is placed in a direct hire (full-time) job and you will be paid 90 days after the start date at the client organization. If you are an employee at the time of bonus pay out, your bonus will be paid on your next regular check. For direct hire referrals, the candidate must be successfully placed as a direct-placement and the client must have satisfied the invoice for your referral bonus to be paid. Other restrictions do apply, so please contact a Peak representative for more details on our referral bonus program. Peak reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the referral program either in an individual case or in general, at any time and without prior notice.
How to Claim Your Referral Bonus

- Once your referral has been interviewed and placed by Peak, you qualify for the referral bonus.
- When they've completed their first 320 hours on assignment or 90 days in a direct hire position, you will receive your referral bonus.
